RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ROSE IN GOOD FAITH ALLOWS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES UP TO 14 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY ROSE IN GOOD FAITH. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER WILL BE COVERED BY ROSE IN GOOD FAITH. 

A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. IF ROSE IN GOOD FAITH DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
