PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING, PENDING AVAILABILITY AND CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION. THIS MAY TAKE LONGER DURING SPECIAL RELEASES OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS. PLEASE NOTE, ROSE IN GOOD FAITH DOES NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS. 

ROSE IN GOOD FAITH IS UNABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO ADDRESSES. ALL ORDERS WITH A P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO ADDRESS WILL BE CANCELLED.

ROSE IN GOOD FAITH WILL EMAIL YOU WITH UPDATES AND TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED. IN AN EVENT THAT A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

ROSE IN GOOD FAITH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED ARE ASSUMED BY THE COURIER.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID (DDU). CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE OR SHIPPING COST AT CHECKOUT. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND FEES UPON DELIVERY.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CALCULATE THESE CHARGES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE FOR ASSISTANCE WITH ESTIMATING ADDITIONAL COSTS.

Returns

TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL DAVID@ROSEINGOODFAITH.COM TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. 

ROSE IN GOOD FAITH ALLOWS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURN. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE ORDERED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE, PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE STYLE YOU WOULD LIKE. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY ROSE IN GOOD FAITH. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER WILL BE COVERED BY ROSE IN GOOD FAITH. 

A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IMMEDIATELY UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. DEPENDING ON YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUNDED AMOUNT TO POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

IF ROSE IN GOOD FAITH DETERMINES THAT ANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED AND THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
